The 3 day Tuna diet is nothing but a fraud simply because does not deliver. Instead, the diet is more likely o keep the person hungry and very cranky. The lunch menu does not have any over 200 calories while a complete day’s menu does not exceed 1000 calories and this is not enough for the body to operate on. This is what you would call a crash course diet.
Starvation diets are the worst as although there will be a loss of weight, it will mainly consist of water weight that will be lost. As soon as you start your normal intake of food, the weight will come back in an instant. Sticking to a healthier diet plan is much easier and better. It will gradually take off excess weight and give long lasting results.
